This program is a two-way partnership. I’m here to support you, guide you, and give you the tools — but your results come from your commitment to showing up for yourself.

Here’s what I ask from you during our 6 weeks together:

  • Stay engaged. Show up for your weekly check-ins and be honest about your progress and challenges. This is your space — the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

  • Use your tools. Log your meals, review the handouts, and do the strategies we discuss. Progress doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from consistency.

  • Be open. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Be open to learning, trying new things, and giving yourself grace along the way.

  • Communicate. If something isn’t working, let me know! I’m here to support you, not to judge you.
