Week 1: Start Strong
Nutrition Program:
Initial assessment + goal setting
Introduction to your food journal
Start building awareness around eating habits
Fitness Program:
Begin your first 5 workouts in Trainerize
Learn the structure of your workouts and how to navigate the app
Focus on consistency and proper form
✨ Note: You’ll have 5 workouts available each week — but only 3 are required. The rest are optional if you want to push a little more!
Weeks 2–3: Build Awareness
Nutrition Program:
Learn how to build balanced meals using simple portion strategies
Understand the food spectrum and how it supports your goals
Practice tuning into your hunger, fullness, and energy levels
Fitness Program:
Continue with your guided workouts in Trainerize
Focus on building strength, stamina, and routine
Choose 3 of the workouts that best fit your schedule, and add more if you’d like extra movement
Weeks 4–5: Refine Habits
Nutrition Program:
Troubleshoot challenges like snacking, cravings, or eating on the go
Learn grocery shopping strategies that fit your lifestyle
Practice consistent meal tracking and reflection
Fitness Program:
Refine form and increase intensity where appropriate
Stick to at least 3 workouts per week, with 2 bonus workouts available for added variety
Continue building confidence in movement
Week 6: Reflect & Plan Forward
Nutrition Program:
Final check-in + review your journey
Identify key habits to carry into everyday life
Create a plan to maintain progress beyond the 6 weeks
Fitness Program:
Complete your final week of workouts
Celebrate your progress — physically and mentally
Build a post-program fitness routine that feels sustainable
This program is a two-way partnership. I’m here to support you, guide you, and give you the tools — but your results come from your commitment to showing up for yourself.
Here’s what I ask from you during our 6 weeks together:
✅ Stay engaged.
Show up for your weekly check-ins and be honest about your progress, challenges, and wins — in both nutrition and fitness. This is your space. The more you show up, the more you’ll grow.
✅ Use your tools.
Log your meals, follow your workout plan, review the resources, and try the strategies we discuss. You don’t have to be perfect — consistency is what creates change.
✅ Be open.
You don’t need to know everything right now. Be willing to try new habits, explore new movements, and give yourself grace as you learn and grow.
✅ Communicate.
If something feels off — with your workouts, your food, your mindset — please let me know. I’m here to support you, not judge you. We’ll make adjustments together.
